How Returns and Exchanges Work

  • You can return or exchange your product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate the return or exchange process.

What We Cannot Accept for Return or Exchange

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Items that show signs of damage or scratches caused after delivery.
  • Jewelry damaged due to mishandling or negligence from the customer’s side.
  • Any product without the original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 15 business days, depending on your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival due to manufacturing issues, please contact us immediately.
  • Return shipping costs may apply if the return is not due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
