How Returns and Exchanges Work
- You can return or exchange your product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate the return or exchange process.
What We Cannot Accept for Return or Exchange
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
- Items that show signs of damage or scratches caused after delivery.
- Jewelry damaged due to mishandling or negligence from the customer’s side.
- Any product without the original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 15 business days, depending on your original payment method.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

- If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival due to manufacturing issues, please contact us immediately.
- Return shipping costs may apply if the return is not due to a defect or error on our part.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
